I downloaded the 3D model from Printabrick, stripping away all internal structures in the process. The files are now scaled up to an impressive 500% and specifically designed to work seamlessly with 4mm dowel for efficient glue-up and alignment purposes. If scaled down to 400%, it's likely that 3mm dowels will suffice. To bring the model to life, you'll need a steel ball, a spring, and a piece of electrical conduit to create the movable head mechanism.
