This is a control horn for a (1970s or 80s) Dumas Star 45 sailboat to replace the original glued on version. This works like a champ! Control Horn: Rudder post diameter is 4.78 mm or 3/16". Control horn holes 1.3mm Set screw M3 Control Knob: M3 allen head screw. Just glue the knob onto the head and you're good to go.
