Cut Man, also known as Blade Man in Japan, is a robotic assassin in the original Mega Man game released by Capcom in 1989. He was created to serve as an assassin and is one of Dr. Wily's top lieutenants. With his sharp scissors-like arms, he can cut through obstacles and enemies with ease.
