The Max model can be opened with 3dsMax2009 or a newer version. It's built to scale in the real world. You get both V-ray and standard versions of it. You can export your file in formats like 3ds, obj, fbx, and dwg. Keep in mind that when you use different software, the exported file may look slightly different than how it does on this preview image. This is because some of the mesh may show up as triangles instead of other shapes. If this happens, you may need to go in and manually change some materials and textures for your model to work properly.
