It works! I get it running! It is not perfect but it does what its supposed to. I had to reprint the planetary gear with finer print settings: layer 0.15mm! wall thickness: 1.2mm inlay 50% print sun gears with 100% infill speed on my anker make5 - 250mm/s (do not use fast mode) Part list: Step Motor SIMAX3D Nema 17 Schrittmotor 42x23mm 0,7A-4.23V 2 Phase https://www.amazon.de/-/en/dp/B08FFKZLYH/ref=twister_B08RXKXBBG?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 Step Driver A4988 Stepper Motor Driver https://www.amazon.de/-/en/dp/B01N9QOJ99/ref=twister_B07ZQHN62Q?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 Stepper Motor Drive Extension Board https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07NSVN9BR?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details 2 pcs. screw M3 30mm and some M3 spacers (see image) Assemble and plug it into the lid of your clariSea 3000. 1. Assembling the planetary gear, make sure the sun gear fits on the motor shaft. 2. Screw the rear cover to the motor. The gap between the motor and the lid is as thick as the wall of the ClariSea filter at this point. The motor with the NEMA17 housing then fits exactly into the slot of the filter. 3. Fit the planetary gear onto the motor axle and press it into the cover. 4. Put the roller with the integrated mating cover on the planetary gear. Always try gently until it fits. Don't force it in! Attach the fleece cover 5. Put the complete construction into the slot of the filter. Attach the fleece to the new roll as usual. 6. Control the stepper motor clockwise, it is advisable to roll up a few more layers at the beginning so that the roll grips the fleece properly. Raspberry pi zero w2 is used to control the step motor. i wrote some python code to have some user interface for controlling steps. i additonal use a relais board to switch off 12V Voltage to save energy (motor is used only a few minutes per day) when motor is not in use.
