Clarinet Mouthpiece 1.0

Clarinet Mouthpiece 1.0

thingiverse

Originally planned to mimic a Vandoren B45 clarinet mouthpiece, this 3D-printed version offers basic functionality; however, it demands precise measurements and intricate CAD work, making it hard to achieve the same level of excellence as its original counterpart. The mouthpiece requires meticulous sanding on facing and rails for smoothness, and adjustments in reed tip spacing and curvature to enhance playability. Not suitable for beginners due to tricky read adjustment process, but a second attempt is always possible at low cost. This model lacks cork groove, but tape on joint section works effectively as a substitute. Check the video link for more details.
