This is a model of the Borderlands character Claptrap. The wheel rolls and requires some assembly.



Instructions
Note: This piece was made on a Makerbot Replicator and using 1.75mm black ABS plastic.

Open the file "the claptrap parts" in the Replicator G program.


Rotate the piece so the Claptrap's head is on the platform.


Generate the G-Code and begin the build. (This will take a while to print.


Using acrylic glue, insert the arms into the holes that match its size.


Glue the axle to the rounded side of ONE leg bracket.


Place the wheel over the axle and glue the second leg bracket onto the other side of the axle.

Insert the two leg brackets into the matching holes and glue it together.
Note: If a part breaks or is lost, create it using the appropriate attached file. (For example, if the axle breaks, download the "axle" file and build that.) "the claptrap parts" is all the parts in one file.
