Claptrap from Borderlands!

Watch this video: https://youtu.be/kszk8a_kub8 I'm crazy about Claptrap - who isn't? Okay, maybe lots of people don't like him, but I love the little guy. He kept me entertained throughout the Borderlands games, so I knew right then that I wanted to build one for myself. Using Fusion 360, I created the model from scratch. Almost exclusively, I relied on sketches to bring this to life. First, I lofted two sketches together to get the main body shape just right. Then, I sketched out all the details I could think of. As I went along, I resized parts to ensure everything looked proportional. Next, I printed it out (check out my settings below). After that, I handed it over to my wife, who sanded it down to perfection, glued it together, primed it, and painted it using a combination of spray paint, airbrush, and paintbrush techniques. Print Settings: Printer: Robo 3D R1 Filament: Hatchbox PLA Layer Height: 0.1mm Infill: 20% Supports/Raft: Yes
