Claptrap from Borderlands

Watch here: https://youtu.be/kszk8a_kub8 Who loves a good Claptrap? I do, that's who! This little guy kept me entertained through the Borderlands games, so I knew I had to create one for myself. I built the model in Fusion 360 using sketches almost exclusively. I started by lofting two sketches together to get the main body shape, then sketched out all the details I could see. As I went along, I resized everything to make sure it looked proportional. After that, I printed it out (check the settings below), and handed it over to my wife who sanded it down to a smooth finish, glued it together, primed it, and painted it using a combination of spray paint, airbrush, and paintbrush techniques. Print Settings: Printer: Robo 3D R1 Filament: Hatchbox PLA Layer Height: 0.1mm Infill: 20% Supports/Raft: Yes
