I created joystick table mounts inspired by Monstertech's solution. To accomplish this, I used Bessey STC-IHH15 clamps that didn't fit on the aluminum profiles I chose, so I needed an adapter. I'm not a professional engineer or expert in Fusion 360, but the design finally worked as planned. You can use M8 bolts to connect the print part to the clamp and M5 bolts for the connection to the aluminum profile. This solution is budget-friendly and functions as intended overall.
