Clamshell Cyberdeck

This is still a work-in-progress, but current stl files are posted. Main physical feature I'm still working on is a threaded lock-nut for the right hand side of the hinge that will let me apply friction to keep the display up. You'll either need a larlge print bed or to slice up the model to print it. I use an ender 5 pro to print. Required Parts that can't be 3d printed: * Touch Screen: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07L6WT77H. This BARELY fits... I had to clip off half of each tab on the corners where the screws go to get it into the opening on the lid. * DIY 18650 battery. I put 6 cells in parallel. You need to integrate some low voltage protection and a charge controller. E.g.: ** https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KSPYMJ2 ** Retro PSU - this provides ~5.4v to the PI and handles charging the pack. * 40% keyboard or similar. I used a Montsinger Rebound Rev 4. It's designed in OnShape - they have free accounts, so you can create an account and copy & modify the designes, or export to your favorite cad tool. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/00688cf5d296dd303e154ca5/w/a87c12d9e3351e2cc26e1406/e/81a31a279998f25fe5613650
