Clamping Z-Screw Control Knob - Ender 3

I've installed a handy adjuster that lets you easily move up or down with a simple turn of the knob. The bearing I'm using can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NX23HGQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1. To get this working, I'll need to add two key components: an M3 screw and nut for securing the clamp in place, and an M3 X 25 mm rod that will connect the knob.
