These Clamping screws replace traditional bowden clamps. A G9.728x0.907 thread suits most Hotends, and some Extruders like Winsinn's dualdrive models. M6 threads are suitable for most Extruders. If M6 is needed: Print an M6 inner or M6 inner long design, then use a M6 tube between the hotend heatsink and hotend heat block, similar to these tubes. PLA prints well, while PETG provides a bit more strength. Infill settings should be at least 80%. Layer height should be set to 0.12. Supports are not required for this design. Adhesion can be achieved with a brim. The tape is simply used to demonstrate the clamp's functionality.
