I suppose many owners of the 3M 6200 Halfmask have broken their strap fasteners. This part is relatively fragile and can be damaged if not handled carefully or correctly. I, too, experienced this problem with my half mask, and since I regret discarding it, I decided to draw and share this design because it's nowhere sold as a spare part. The part can be printed using PETG or PP materials. I also tried PLA, but it's only suitable in emergencies due to its unsuitability for flexible objects. To remove the original part from the half mask, first snap it out of the rubber buttons, rotate it 45 degrees, and pull it away from the mask. For the new printed part, press it firmly against the mask to secure it properly. Removal is identical to the original part. Some parts have opposite orientations to accommodate printing, but this was necessary. I drew some parts slightly more massive. After discovering that my designs were successfully copied and shared as someone else's work, I allowed myself to label the model with a number for easy identification through Google searches. This model will receive improvements and additions over time. Printing support is required. The model is optimized for PrusaSlicer.
