A static structural analysis was conducted in ANSYS Workbench on a clamping mechanism model to determine if the necessary clamping force is achieved. The complete assembly file is either "clamp.stp" or "clmp.wbpj." The material used is structural steel, which must withstand 30,000 psi stress. Feedback on this design would be appreciated.
