Clamp-on Hardhat Flashlight Clip

This customizable clip works for any snap-in flashlight, enabling it to be attached as a headlamp on your hardhat. Securely fasten the clip with two screws onto the brim of your hardhat, regardless if it has an accessory slot or not. For those without accessory slots, this clip is ideal for ensuring you can still see clearly in dim environments. To use, measure the diameter of your flashlight, customize the design using the provided SCAD file or customizer (although there may be some issues with the customizer). Print the design with 100% infill. The screw size is adjustable in the SCAD file and we used 8-32 nuts and ½” long 8-32 machine screws, but you can modify this as per your preference. Attach the clip to your hardhat and snap in your flashlight for instant illumination! The included STL fits a Sipik SK-68 clone and is compatible with various hard hat models.
