<p>Note that this design can be used for many other applications besides the exact replacement part. &nbsp;You can scale down the model to get the clamp size how you want it, then fill and resize the hole to your specs.</p><p>Broke the original clamp when the fence fell onto concrete. &nbsp;Modeled up the pieces on solidworks to make the replacement. &nbsp;I printed using PETG+, 50% infill, supports, 4 vertical walls, 8 horizontal. &nbsp;might be a little beefier than it needs to be, but being that you have to apply a decent amount of force to it since it is a clamp and all… also printed on its side so that you dont need to worry about the layers being a break point. &nbsp;Have used several times since printing and it works great. &nbsp;feels better than the original. &nbsp;Still working fine after several months. &nbsp;</p>
