Replacement part printed from ABS material provides a sturdy alternative to the damaged clamp. For optimal results, PETG is not recommended due to its excessive elasticity, whereas PLA proves too brittle and sensitive to temperature changes. The accompanying STL file features four supports that must be carefully removed with a sharp tool following printing (two situated on the front side as shown in photos, two located on the back). Although slightly less rigid than the original clamp, this replacement model is sufficiently robust for drilling PCBs and related tasks.
