This is a clamp specifically designed for attaching a Hydor ETH 300 in-Line External Aquarium Heater to the inside of your aquarium cabinet. To secure it in place, you'll need two countersunk screws for attachment to the cabinet and four M3 screws along with four M3 nuts to assemble the two parts together.
