Clamp for Handlebar Mirror

The A parts differ in that one has M10 and the other has M8 thread for the mirror. You will notice the B part is made with one of the two flat surfaces slightly cut back. Install with this surface in the lower position. Assemble A and B to the handlebar and tighten the upper M5 bolt so that B is touching A. No need to overdo it. Then tighten the lower M5 bolt, this will apply the clamping force around the handlebar. Don’t over tighten, the clamping is very effective. Install the mirror in its position. The printed threads are stronger than one might think but again, do not over tighten. You will need two M5 x 45 Allen or Insex bolts and two M5 self-locking nuts.
