A simple clamp for 12mm rod or linear rails, identical to dimensions of the aluminum one found on AliExpress but utilizing a different clamping technique. There are two versions available: one with fixed mounting holes and one featuring slotted holes for adjustability. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: These were printed with 2mm outer shells for added strength, allowing 20% internal fill to suffice. Post-Printing: A M4 injection nut is inserted into the top hole using a soldering iron or similar tool. How I Designed This: I designed this in OpenSCAD. When time permits, I will upload the SCAD file.
