Clamp and Standoff for 1/4" NPT Brass Nipple/Pipe OD 1/2"
thingiverse
I crafted this clamp using Autodesk Inventor as part of an air-powered bottle car launcher I built from scratch. The clamp securely holds a 1/4" NPT x 3" (or longer) brass nipple, specifically the 69873 model found at https://www.fastenal.com/products/details/69873?term=1%2F4%22+Male+NPT+x+3%22L+Brass+Pipe+Nipple. The bottom clamp features M6 hardware nut holes for precise attachment. I employed M6x16mm screws, which turned out to be slightly too long but served their purpose. Four .25" mounting holes are conveniently placed on the bottom for flexible attachment options to any surface desired. This design was solid printed using a Dimension UPrint and ABS material. The STL file was processed in CatalystEX before printing.
