For our 120-meter high office building project, my team and I are submitting a bid that includes custom-designed extruded aluminum cladding panels. These 1.25 x 3.6 meter panels feature innovative climate wall technology—a closed cavity design with an outer pane and triple glazed interior unit. With a depth of 200 mm, these panels incorporate integrated venetian blinds and are pressurized with dry-cleaned air to prevent condensation and glass pollution. The U value is 0.6, ensuring high energy efficiency. Additionally, the QRSS system allows for quick removal of venetian blinds during maintenance. This model serves as a low-quality rendering to display the finished curtain wall appearance to our client.
