As an alternative to subpar original belt spanners, I've developed versions for LM8UU: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1594362 And 12mm bearings: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1691444 Which I both tested and confirmed as working flawlessly This version is untested but should theoretically perform just as well You will need one long M3-screw to get it functioning properly and a second M3-screw (a wood screw works best) if you need to trigger the endstop. A recommended print material is PETG, which is affordable on RepRapWorld.com.
