This is an extruder for the CL-260 / Ultimaker 2 that prints, installs, and works flawlessly without any need for plain bearings, but you can shorten and install these http://r.ebay.com/mupM7q to use with 8mm rods as well. The enclosed plain bearing files are specifically designed for 6mm rods. I created this head with my CL-260 game in mind, then drew it up and built it into the system, resulting in a smoother operation that no longer overheats.
