This is an extremely experimental alteration of the Ultimaker mechanism. The project can be found at http://www.aliexpress.com/store/1828072, where innovative techniques are being explored, from belt driven sliding blocks to 4-start leadscrew driven ones. This upgrade should only necessitate 4 of these custom printed parts and 4 additional leadscrews and nuts. Furthermore, obvious modifications will have to be made to the firmware in order for this new setup to function properly.
