CK’s Living Room Window

This window became a go-to spot for our beloved cat CK, especially when the temperature dropped low. The stones on the radiator were always warm to the touch and sunlight streamed in throughout the day, making it the purrfect place to lounge around. Among these stones, one stood out as his absolute favorite - the vibrant red stone that added a pop of color to this cozy area. CK's name is short for "cellar kitty," a fitting moniker given his feral background. Before moving in with us, he had been living in a cellar beneath an archaeology lab, where he was initially discovered. Despite our uncertainty about whether he'd adjust to indoor life or bond with us, we decided to give him a chance and he repaid us tenfold over the course of 14 incredible years - his lifespan was just shy of 15 years. This little ball of fur may have been small in stature but his personality more than made up for it, earning him a special place in our hearts.
