The projects showcased were all created using AutoCAD, with the first one being my preferred design - a bar schedule for a building. The second demonstrates a bar schedule for a retaining wall, followed by a similar schedule for a staircase. Lastly, there's a render from SolidWorks depicting the retaining wall from the second image.
