In the recently updated version 1.1, users can now download a new file showcasing single buildings designed using Blender 2.80 EEVEE and Cycles with PBR textures. The scene includes a city layout featuring skyscrapers and suburban areas, divided into six blocks (690mx650m). The cityscape comprises of 10 skyscrapers, 14 buildings including a school, Roman museum, church, and hotel, along with houses styled after the center of Rome. Additionally, there's a linear metro line, streetlights, and a park. The native format is Blender 2.79, but it also supports FBX, DXF, OBJ, and 3DS formats. For textures, you can download a separate .zip file containing all the required resources. Have fun exploring!
