This is the real-world-size model of European Residential High-Rise Building. Originally created with Cinema 4D R12. Other formats included - 3ds, fbx. Obj is too hard to export from c4d. The models mesh is high quality, with clean edge flow. Geometry is carefully tested for holes, flipped normals and overlapping polygons. It's better untriangulate in process. The mesh is high-poly, it doesn't allow you to easily build up the additional details and edit geometry. All similar objects are Instances - easy change or replace. Shell Modifier applied and disabled for glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers. All preview images are rendered with Cinema 4D R18. This model contains Standard materials.
