This 3D model originated from a Sketchup 8 design before being converted to other formats as needed. Its native file type is .skp, while its corresponding 3ds Max scene utilizes version 2016 of the software. The rendering process was carried out with Vray 3.00. Currently, (as of May 2013), it features a complete facelift courtesy of the PL reform and expansion. A distinct characteristic of this model is that its easternmost and northernmost corners on the third floor are entirely encased in glass.
