This set comprises 4 modular city blocks, each measuring 100m x 100m, which can be combined to create a highly detailed urban environment. The city's overall square size is 200m x 200m. The package includes 34 intricately modeled buildings, along with street lights, traffic lights, mailboxes, trash cans, trees, phone booths, air conditioning units, kiosks/newsstands, bus stops, subway entrances, street signs, seating, satellite dishes, water storage towers, billboards, and a basketball court. The set comes in 3ds Max 8 format, with no need for third-party software. Textures are included in the 3ds Max KC7.rar file, which should also be downloaded to access textures for other formats. The set was modeled by Kristijan Ilic from Kasiopy Studios and is dedicated to a dear Elma.
