This detailed modular city set features 4 interchangeable road tiles, measuring 100m x 100m each (Block 1, Block 2, Block 3, and Block 4), which can be combined to create a 200m x 200m square-shaped city. The set includes 27 highly detailed buildings, street furniture like basketball arena, street lights, traffic lights, mail boxes, dumpsters, trash cans, trees, phone booths, air conditioning units, kiosks/newsstands, bus stops, subway entrances, street signs, seating park, satellite dishes, water storage towers, billboards, and a basketball court. Additionally, there are superb multi-purpose textures available in various sizes (majority being 512, 1024, 2048). The native format is 3ds Max 8, with no need for any third-party software.
