This meticulously crafted modular city set features detailed buildings, road tiles, street furniture, and textures. It consists of four 100m x 100m road tiles (Blocks 1-4), which can be combined to create a highly-detailed urban environment. The set is compatible with 3ds Max 8 and does not require third-party render software. Included are 160 diffuse textures, primarily in sizes of 512, 1024, and 2048 pixels. Textures for other formats can be obtained by downloading the 3ds Max 2010 KC3 rar file. The set includes various elements such as buildings, street lights, traffic lights, mailboxes, dumpsters, trash cans, trees, phone booths, air conditioning units, kiosks/newsstands, bus stops, subway entrances, street signs, seating, communication towers, satellite dishes, water storage towers, billboards, porta cabins, porta toilets, a tower crane, and a basketball court. The overall square-shaped size of the city is 200m x 200m (646x646 feet).
