This highly versatile modular city block can be easily integrated into real-time environments to add a touch of high detail - textures are expertly optimized for maximum performance. Please note that the model does not include glass material, which must be applied separately to existing geometry on each building in order to achieve the desired effect. Native format is 3ds Max, with no third-party plugins required. The set boasts an impressive array of 134 diffuse textures, primarily consisting of 512x512, 1024x1024 and 2048x2048 resolutions. Please note that textures are only included in the 3ds Max, Maya, Lightwave and Cinema 4d files. To acquire textures for FBX, OBJ or 3DS files, simply download any of these formats.
