Experience a highly detailed modular city with 34 intricate buildings, accompanied by 4 interchangeable 100mx100m road tiles. The set includes street lights, traffic lights, fire hydrants, mailboxes, dumpsters, trash cans, trees, phone booths, air conditioning units, kiosks/newsstands, bus stops, subway entrances, street signs, seating, communication towers, satellite dishes, water storage towers, billboards, porta-cabins, porta-toilets, a tower crane, and a construction site with a basketball court. Optimized textures (134 in total) are included, primarily 512, 1024, and 2048 sizes. The native format is 3ds Max, requiring no third-party plugins. Note that glass material must be applied to the existing geometry on each building. Textures can be obtained from files in 3ds Max, Maya, Lightwave, or Cinema 4D; FBX, OBJ, and 3DS files require downloading those specific types.
