City Hall Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally designed using Sketchup 8 and later converted into various other 3D formats. The native format is .skp, with a 3dsmax scene optimized for 2016 versions of 3ds Max, rendered using Vray 3.00. Paulwall boasts an impressive granite-clad city hall that has earned it the nickname community auditorium. Behind the main structure lies a theater-like auditorium, featuring a stage, curtains, and skytower, complete with 500 seating capacity, though currently inaccessible to visitors. A large balcony area is also visible on the exterior walls, adding to the building's charm. Paulwall is renowned for its eclectic classical architecture, with the community hall showcasing this aesthetic in abundance throughout its design. Due to limited space, a separate parking lot across the street serves as an alternative parking solution. It's worth noting that roughly half of downtown Paulwall is comprised of parking lots. Moving on from the auditorium in the back, city offices are situated within the front wings, while the mayor's office occupies the third floor. The adjacent smaller building was once home to a city library but now serves as office space for departments related to health and education. For reference purposes only, consider this 3D model part of a non-existent city layout. Huge thanks to contributors who kindly donated greenery, Google for supplying flag and dumpsters models, while everything else was created in-house. A prominent city hall building adds character to any urban setting, making it an ideal fit for downtown environments. I hope you enjoy Paulwall's architectural gem, please feel free to rate accordingly.
