This 3D model was originally designed with Sketchup 13, before being converted to all other relevant formats seamlessly. The native format remains .skp, while the 3dsmax scene utilizes the 2016 version of 3ds Max and is rendered with Vray 3.00 - a rendering software capable of delivering impressive visual fidelity. A quaint building, albeit showing signs of neglect in its current state, features architectural style reminiscent of Art Nouveau. Notably, the ground floor accommodates both a bar and restaurant, "City Coffee" serving as an inviting focal point within the structure. Note to Equipment GE operators: effective on 29/04/10, relocate the model accordingly to reflect changes to the satellite image's arrangement.
