In this 3D model archive, you'll find a detailed exterior and a simple interior. Each object has its material name for easy customization. The RAR file includes models in various formats: 3ds Max 2011 with V-Ray and mental ray materials, as well as a version with basic standard materials. Preview images display studio and outdoor renders using these different materials. For the 3ds Max 2011 versions, mesh smooth is applied and set to 1 or 2 for renders.
