We offer high-quality exterior and basic interior designs. The model itself doesn't need textures. It's suitable for close-up rendering. All objects are intelligently separated and named. All materials are correctly named. You can easily change or apply new materials, colors, etc. Our model features good topology. The model is scaled to real-world dimensions, set at the origin (0,0,0) on the xyz axis. It's suitable for animation and high-quality photorealistic visualization. Main Features Our model was originally created with Autodesk Maya 2016 SP6. It was rendered using Mental Ray 2016.0-3.13.1.10. Only the Maya mb studio format contains mental ray materials, lighting setup, and environment. The other formats (Fbx, C4d, 3ds, Obj, 3dsmax, xsi, lwo) come with default materials based on Phong shader. To achieve a correct render, you may need to change the path to HDRI maps on your computer.
