Only the Maya mb studio format contains mental ray materials, lighting setups, and environment settings. Other formats like Fbx, C4d, 3ds, Obj, 3dsmax, xsi, lwo come with default materials based on Phong shader. To achieve a correct render, make sure to change the path to HDRI maps on your computer.
