The Citroen DS Headlight Adjustment Block connects the headlight control lever to the headlight control rod in a flexible manner. It's molded from Dutch Filaments' flex 45, a versatile and pliable polyester-based material. To achieve this, I used specific print settings: the hotend temperature was set to 250 degrees Celsius while maintaining a bed temperature of 90 degrees. A 30% infill ratio was selected to mimic the suppleness of the original component.
