Citroen C4 5S Gear Shift Knob

A replacement gear shift knob for Citroen C4 5S 1587CC (2006 model year) was designed and created. My colleague, who received this gift, is now using version 1a. This replacement fits seamlessly into the shift shank. The knob won't rotate around the shank because it fits snugly into three distinct ridges on the shank. While it's easy to remove the knob by simply pulling it out, it shouldn't cause any issues while driving unless you drive aggressively like a racing driver. I've added four small holes at the bottom of the knob in case you want to secure it with a grub screw or cable tie for extra security. Version 1B was created when my colleague requested a rounded design. As of March 8, 2016, I have not printed and tested this version yet! However, as of March 9, 2016, my colleague is already using version 1B. I would greatly appreciate it if you could leave a comment or indicate that you've printed one of the designs. Ver 2B: The internal shaft depth was increased from 80mm to 88mm. This should be long enough to allow a grub screw (either M3 or M4) to secure the knob firmly in place and prevent it from being pulled out. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: WanHao Duplicator i3 v2 Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 30% Notes: I believe a 30% infill setting is necessary because the knob will experience some pressure, and the heat inside the car on hot days shouldn't be neglected. If needed, increase the infill setting. For version 1A, it's printed upright as shown in the image. For version 1B, it's also printed standing upright as shown in the image.
