You have to buy the complete block which costs about 1400 euros. I modeled and printed this room for one person. The price at which I sell the file more than offsets the cost of an air conditioning unit at 1400 euros. I filled the empty parts 100% so as to solidify the piece even more than by the manufacturer himself.
