# Mockup of a Color Holder for Citadel Paints with 32 mm Diameter. ## Basic Framework This is explicitly a test. The holes have a diameter of 33 mm. During planning, I attempted to waste as little plastic as possible. The height of the layers stands at 24 mm, which should be sufficient if I don't make an error in judgment. For practicality, it would need to be printed and tested. For suggestions for improvement and criticism, I am open. ## UPDATE Holes have been added for the lower layer (0), walls, and intermediate layers (1 & 2). All are now called Color_Holders_2_(...). At the top level, I could not save any further. At a wall of approximately 42 cm², the holes achieve a savings of 13.82 cm². This is ~32% and also results in a material savings of equal magnitude. Similarly, "Layer_0", with a ground area of approximately 58 cm² reduced to a hole area of approximately 22 cm², results in a savings of **~39%.** At the two intermediate layers, there were approximately 69 cm² of ground area that was reduced by ~23 cm² through the saving holes, resulting in a reduction of **~33%**. Whether the holes reduce print time, I cannot say. At any rate, this part no longer needs to be filled by the printer. :)
