I've added an air vent to my own funnel design, available at: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3055474 Several users have experienced issues with trapped air in their printed bottles, but I haven't encountered any problems myself. To print the funnel, simply reverse it and use no supports, just like you would when printing upside down.
