I work at a place where the Cisco telepresence camera is always watching. Some colleagues feel uneasy when the camera zooms in on them while they're speaking. To address this issue, I created a makeshift lens cap. Printing settings shouldn't significantly affect the outcome - I made this one using PLA filament. The scaling might be slightly off, causing it to not fit perfectly snugly but still stays securely in place. Designing This Project First, I measured the diameter of the camera's lens. Next, I fired up FormZ Free and began working on a design that would cover the lens effectively.
