Cirit is a surface-to-air missile designed for anti-light aircraft use, originating from Turkey. Its production began in 2010 by Roketsan, the designer and manufacturer of the weapon. The missile features a weight of 14 kg, measures 1.9 meters in length with a barrel diameter of 70 mm. It has an effective range of 1.5 to 8 km and is propelled by a laser beam-guided driving force. Cirit is compatible with helicopter and UAV platforms for service use since 2010.
