I bought a Japan-made circular saw blade, which has a 20mm arbor hole. Of course, my miter saw, which is North-American made, is imperial, so it has a 5/8" arbor. I whipped up this adapter to snap onto my 7"/180mm metric blade so that it would fit on a tool with 5/8" arbor.I put a slight "lip" on the adapter so that it would snap onto the blade, and stay put, without risk of it falling out. It's also designed to fit snugly on my 1.6mm thick blade, so it may need to be adapted for other blades. The adapter is designed to be printed at 0.12 mm layer height, as I wanted the extra precision/tight tolerance. Printing at 0.16 or 0.20 mm might not give satisfactory results, although I didn't try/test.Update (v2): I found the original adapter was fitting a bit too tight on my miter saw, so I've slightly increased the inner diameter (by 0.25mm). This was sufficient to provide a nice snug fit, while allowing the blade to slide off the arbor when I'm changing blades.
