Circular Saw Dust Collection Adapter

I created this custom adapter to efficiently capture debris from my Dewalt circular saw. A sturdy bolt securely fastens the adapter to the opening in the dust guard, while a length of wire prevents it from swinging downward and away from the dust outlet. The circular aperture was carefully sized to match an old vacuum hose, which I then connected to my shop vac for optimal suction.
